At Gose, we design bedding products with a strong emphasis on quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship.
For this reason, our return policy is intentionally strict.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection (size, color, or product type)
  • Any product that has been used or opened

Return Process

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us with your order number and supporting evidence
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  3. A return will be arranged via Bosta

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method

Returned products are not restocked or resold under any circumstances.
They are responsibly discarded to maintain strict hygiene standards.
